Welcome to my website. If you are here, you probably have a business question, or looking for help and not sure where to go. I’m Scott, and I started this consulting work because, like you, I had a lot of questions about how whether or not I was taking actions that was propelling my business forward. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of business help out there. Sure, there are business consultants and coaches, but they have “systems” that they use and they wanted to make my business fit their “system”. It’s easy for them but was difficult for me.
Every business is unique and has it’s own challenges. What I do is work with you to determine how healthy your business is and the areas that can be improved. I don’t have a “system”, I apply business sense and experience to help you. As a business owner, you don’t have time to dig into your financials, create a marketing campaign, or do all of those other tasks that make a business successful. You are busy working in your business, selling products, or providing services. I’m here to help you with the business side of your business.
I am a problem solver. For new, or businesses that don’t have a strong foundation, a single bad decision can mean the end to your business. Small business owners usually have a great grasp on the business itself, but few have a strong business knowledge to understand if their business can weather poor economic times or a bad decision, which we will all make at some point.
I am a teacher, coach and consultant. As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges you face. I understand the difficult decisions you need to make. I understand the frustration of not having someone to just bounce ideas off of and get a non-biased opinion. These were my frustrations when I started my businesses. It’s these frustrations that led me to start Bryant Business Consulting. I want to help you navigate the choppy waters of business ownership and help you succeed as a business owner. Success looks different to each owner, so I will be there with you, understand what you want to accomplish, and help you build a plan to reach your success.

Since I take a holistic view of your business, it’s not possible to just carve out an à la carte pricing menu. Everything from marketing to business operations must be in concert. If all business areas are not neatly tied together, your business will not have a strong foundation and will ultimately fail.
How do we work together? First, we have a FREE, hour-long, initial conversation to assess your business’ health. We will review the business health quiz and discuss areas you are either weak or doing very well. During this conversation we will discuss your challenges and goals and whether or not I am the right person to help you. If we decide to work together, we will develop a plan that details what information I will need and when. We will have weekly meetings to discuss progress or anything else that comes up. Our first engagement will be based on a 2-month schedule and then monthly after that depending on your need. My goal is to help you get what you need fixed, then get out of your way.
I charge $300 for the first 2-months, and then $100 for any subsequent month we work together. Note, after the first 2-month session, the other sessions can occur as needed, they do not need to be sequential.
Unlike others, I don’t count hours. When you pay for my time during a month, I’ll give you the time needed to reach the goals we established. Since there are a fixed amount of hours in a month, I do limit the number of clients I have active at one time to four. This restriction allows me to fully concentrate on your needs.
